Perfect in Imperfection

Perfect in
 Imperfection
Perfection!!!
A word so simple yet so complicated in its description.
What perfection is all about??? How it can be analyzed?
How one can find out the exact meaning of being perfect. Does anyone can define what perfection and imperfection means in real sense, how one can differentiate between what is perfect and what’s imperfect? The definition of perfection change from person to person. What seems perfect to a person cannot be perfect for others and what seems imperfect may be perfect to others.  Is there any thin line between these two virtues? If yes, then who will show us what that line looks like and where the word perfection ends and imperfection starts? I think no one from this materialistic world with mortal thoughts is capable to distinguish between the two as they themselves are not very clear with their own changing thoughts. Their thoughts changes according to changing scenarios of life and circumstances. What seems right to them now would not be right to them after some time. When they themselves are not very clear and firm in their decisions and thoughts then how can we expect from them to distinguish between these two virtues of life.
To every mortal the definition of perfection is as mortal as their own self. And person to person it change accordingly. Leaving behind the mortal definitions if we see in a broader light then there is no perfection or imperfection, its only creation in its all glory which is magnificent, noble, beautiful, enchanting, flawless and divine. And what is divine is beautiful and noble. As soul is the only divine which is the sole reason of our existence is flawless in all flaws, perfect in every imperfection and immortal in its mortality. It’s beyond any virtual aspects of life. What seems ugly and dirty to human beings is beautiful in its imperfection b’coz they all are created by the same almighty that has created the beautiful things in world. Then how come the creator himself can create something which is less important for the world. The perfect and imperfect, pure and impure, beautiful and ugly are the virtues created by humans and it depicts their limited thinking as they are not able to rationalize the thought that everything is created by the god himself so how it’s possible that whatever he has created is imperfect or ugly. He has created human in his own imagination, so questioning the perfection or imperfection, beauty or ugliness of any human being is questioning his existence. It’s only him who can differentiate us on the basis of perfect or imperfect but he has not done anything of that sort. If he wanted to differentiate us on these virtues then he should have made us different in our appearance or he would have marked us with some sign which may have proved that we are not perfect but nothing of that sort has been done by him. A newly born baby can’t be differentiated with any kind of sign or symbol b’coz for god we all are his lovely child and he has made all of us beautiful and perfect in our own ways.
The worldly standards are the only complicated means on which every person is judged perfect and imperfect. How these mortals can judge us on their own created standards when they don’t know anything about our beauty, potential and our importance to this world. When they don’t know, nothing in this world is as useless as it seems to them. What may seem useless to them may be the most beautiful, unique and important thing for this world. They have their own standards to judge a person’s suitability to this mortal materialistic world of their but that doesn't prove them to be right.
It’s the catastrophe of humans that they don’t understand their potential and make themselves weak on the not so real virtues of perfection and imperfection, beautiful and ugly. They don’t understand their limitless potential and the uniqueness of their soul. They make themselves limited to the mortal world when they are as divine and immortal as the god himself….
As god has created them in his own imagination and he is supreme who is perfect in its all imperfections…..

Still I Rise

Maya Angelou

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.

Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.

Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.

Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.

Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.

You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.

Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?

Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.
